Drive market expansion through new distributor acquisition and development in strategic regions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and portfolio opportunities.
Lead pricing, tender preparation, and customer proposals to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributor partners in the northern region, ensuring channel capability, compliance, and sustained performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Food Service, retail, and hospitality customers.
Lead category management, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional programs to drive market visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience —preferably in Food Service Retail, Horeca, FMCG, Hygiene, or chemical solutions.
Proven track record in managing distributor networks and implementing channel development programs.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L understanding, pricing, and negotiation.
Solid understanding of Vietnam’s FSR and distributor landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, drive results, and collaborate across regional teams.
