About this role
Role Overview
Maintain the consolidated record of active vs. planned employees by country, line of business and client, cross-referencing HRIS, payroll and organization chart sources.
Calculate utilization metrics, shift coverage and capacity gaps by team and client contract, supporting allocation and replenishment decisions.
Monitor turnover indicators, time-to-fill and replacement cost, identifying patterns by country, profile and service line that could impact client delivery.
Model headcount scenarios for the annual budgeting process and quarterly reviews, including the financial impact of hires, terminations and salary adjustments.
Maintain the pipeline of validated hiring requests against approved budget, generating status reports for the Governance Performance Specialist and CCO prior to any executive escalation.
Consolidate salary market data and compensation competitiveness information to support retention and new-hire decisions across LATAM markets.
Apply the frameworks defined by the Governance Performance Specialist, ensuring data consistency between Country Performance Managers and eliminating discrepancies between sources.
Requirements
Corporate Finance & Accounting: Mastery of P&L management, revenue recognition (IFRS 15), cost allocation, budgeting and variance analysis.
Operational Abstractions: Ability to design and manage high-level metrics such as Revenue per FTE, Cost-to-Serve and Margin per Client.
AI Proficiency: Fluency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for data cleaning, advanced trend analysis and visualization.
Data Modeling: Advanced Excel skills to build financial models from scratch.
Technical Tools: Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation (pandas/matplotlib) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Languages & Background: Fluent Portuguese and advanced/fluent English (required); intermediate Spanish (highly desirable). Preferred background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), management consulting (Big Four/MBB), investment banking, or operational teams within Private Equity (PE).
