Lead Oncology scientific communications strategy and execution for assigned Pfizer programs
Drive a single scientific voice aligned to Therapeutic Area priorities
Ensure tactical delivery to optimize engagement, consistency, and reach of oncology data
Serve as a SME in TA Scientific Communications, Data Disclosure/Publications, Medical Content
Develop and lead integrated scientific communications strategies
Partner with Global Product Teams and Medical franchises
Ensure alignment of product-level scientific communications with medical priorities
Manage planning, forecasting, and budgets for scientific communications deliverables
Collaborate with International Medical Channel Content teams

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant biopharmaceutical/biotech or agency experience
Experience developing strategic scientific communications and other scientific content
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs, including medical strategies, disease areas, and objectives
Experience quickly building rapport and credibility with key internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills; strong matrix leadership
Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts and data into meaningful communications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
Experience working in a highly regulated environment
Experience with omnichannel content development
Experience with scientific peer-reviewed publications
