Role Overview
- Identify, support, and amplify the largest people-powered campaigns
- Raise awareness of Change.org and the campaigns on the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and decision-makers
- Lead Corporate Communications in Brazil, collaborating on the implementation of the global strategy
- Contribute to increasing activity on the platform in Brazil
- Maintain a portfolio of campaigns aligned with the brand's principles
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in media, communications, brand, public relations, or campaigning
- 3+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, company, or organization
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 2 people
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
