Define and maintain the AI Studio product roadmap across its future releases, spanning multi-agent systems, self-improving agents, voice mode, enterprise memory graph, and autonomous agent teams.
Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineering, design, and practice leads, translating business goals and customer needs into actionable epics and user stories.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring alignment between short-term delivery and long-term platform vision.
Establish clear OKRs, success metrics, and KPIs — tracking adoption, agent creation, workspace utilization, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Balance competing priorities across internal platform needs, customer-facing features, and commercialization workstreams.
Lead the end-to-end commercialization of AI Studio, defining the packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Develop monetization models including SaaS/platform subscriptions (per workspace, per agent, per connector), connector marketplace, enterprise licensing, and white-label options.
Build business cases, competitive positioning, and market analysis for AI Studio as a standalone commercial offering competing in the emerging AgentOps/AI Application Platform market.
Define and manage the connector marketplace strategy — curating premium integrations and establishing a model for third-party contributions.
Partner with Presidio's practice leaders across Modern Networks, Data & AI, Security, and Cloud to embed AI Studio into client-facing solution offerings.
Support pre-sales activities including demos, RFP responses, and customer workshops.
Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AgentOps landscape — monitoring competitors (LangChain, Dust, Copilot Studio, CrewAI, n8n) and emerging standards such as MCP and A2A.
Define the platform's differentiation story as 'enterprise-grade AgentOps + MCP connector fabric' — ensuring AI Studio is clearly positioned vs. developer-centric frameworks and flow-based tools.
Drive the governance and guardrails roadmap, including gateway controls, cost allocation, token management, and enterprise security compliance.
Champion platform observability, semantic monitoring, and self-improving agent capabilities as enterprise differentiators.
Identify and address platform challenges: managing cost at scale, proper token handling, multi-source support requests, and enterprise cost allocation.
Serve as the primary voice of the customer and internal user base (450+ users across 5+ practices) — gathering feedback, synthesizing insights, and feeding them into the roadmap.
Partner closely with the AI Studio engineering team, SEG architects, and cross-functional leaders to align on build vs. buy decisions and platform investments.
Communicate roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to executive stakeholders, practice leads, and external customers.
Drive internal enablement: ensure that Presidio teams understand how to leverage AI Studio in customer engagements and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
Overall 6-8+ years of experience of product management experience, with at least 2 years on a technical platform or developer-facing product
Proven track record of owning and executing a product roadmap from 0→1 and through scaling phases
Strong command of Agile methodologies — backlog management, sprint ceremonies, story writing, and release planning
Experience commercializing a platform or SaaS product — including pricing strategy, packaging, and GTM execution
Ability to work at the intersection of technology and business: translating complex AI/ML capabilities into customer value propositions
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present confidently to executives, engineers, and clients
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs.
Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM-based products, or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP)
Experience at a technology services company, systems integrator, or platform company serving enterprise clients
Background in or exposure to sectors Presidio serves: networking, security, cloud, or data infrastructure
Experience with monitoring/observability, API management, or AI governance
Ability to write basic Python or familiarity with APIs and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
