Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience, specifically with visual design and art direction across platforms including digital, social, and OOH.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative group to conceptualize, brainstorm, and deliver on new ideas.
Ability to mentor, provide feedback, and guide more junior creatives.
Production and post-production experience including but not limited to social, digital, film, or experiential.
You demonstrate a true "AI curious" mindset and are comfortable leveraging AI tools—including image, video, and music generation—to enhance your creative process.
Social media and internet obsessed
you spot trends early and have a digital-first mindset.
Ability to deliver "on-brand" visual concepts and experience supporting a brand's visual identity long-term.
Ability to clearly articulate and sell your visual ideas with conviction and reason to your internal team and clients.
Able to amend and redevelop visual campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director and/or client.
A true multitasker who can manage and prioritize multiple work streams.
