Previous agency experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A basic knowledge of all media channels, and a willingness to learn about evolving digital marketing areas
The ability to take the lead on creative decisions while keeping the Creative Director informed
A team player who acts with integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fairness
