Role Overview
- Liaise with US regional lawyers and business clients
- Provide day-to-day support on labor & employment and dispute resolution issues
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Prepare case management reports and provide legal advice
- Support the company’s response to government inquiries
- Partner with outside counsel and ensure effective management of legal budgets
- Work with Risk and Insurance group to manage liability claims
- Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to labor & employment and dispute resolution strategies
Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Must be licensed to practice law in one of the 50 states
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in labor & employment and dispute resolution role
- Experience in large complex infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated success within a fast-paced results driven organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
