About this role
Role Overview
Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and resources to Quality Assurance staff and leaders across seventeen states.
Support consistent quality standards and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement across services.
Analyze QA metrics, KPI dashboards, and audit findings to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for QA teams and leadership.
Develop and maintain standardized QA documentation, toolkits, and resources to support consistent quality practices.
Support onboarding new QA staff and promote collaboration and shared learning across locations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in health, human services, Quality/Performance Improvement, or related field; or equivalent experience.
3+ years of quality assurance/quality improvement experience in healthcare, multi-site or multi-state healthcare, human services, or Medicaid-funded settings.
Ability to interpret KPI dashboards, audit findings, and convert insights into practical actions.
Working knowledge of QA document development and management as well as working knowledge of quality audit methodologies and root cause analysis.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams, CoPilot, document management systems, dashboards/BI viewers, Microsoft 365, excel).
