Provides administrative support to senior managers or other partners in the department.
Composes and creates documents, spreadsheets and/or presentations.
Maintains and organizes paper and electronic files. Ensures confidentiality.
Manages database files.
Handles and confirms travel arrangements and processes travel expense reimbursements.
Schedules meetings and conferences.
Works on special projects, such as gathering, inputting and compiling information for reports as required by manager or other partners in the department including legal billing, credit committee submission, agenda and other related administrative duties tied to credit committee, past due loan report.
Track or monitor expenses for the department.
Greet or assist clients and/or vendors.
Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines.
Expected to take initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.
Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Basic Functional / Financial Industry Knowledge is preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Advanced technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Concur, Peoplesoft, Workday, SharePoint) are required.
Previous administrative supportive experience or completion of professional administrative support training is preferred.
