Conceive, pitch and implement special campaigns for advertisers, from the brief through to the final report.
Manage and grow the activity of your client portfolio and your team, identifying development strategies and new opportunities.
Build and maintain close commercial relationships internally and with your clients.
Understand and analyze markets, client challenges and pain points to identify communication opportunities.
Design and implement content initiatives in partnership with media brands or brand-content stakeholders.
Develop the media strategy for content deployment and negotiate with partners and specialists.
Write the recommendation and sell the proposed solution.
Coordinate projects internally and externally: strategic planners, creatives, media planners, production and post-production managers, ad sales teams, etc.
Define target KPIs, analyze media impact and performance using quantitative analysis tools and software.
Maintain direct relationships with other agencies within the group, clients and media partners, and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and mentor your direct team of 3 people, helping them grow their operational, strategic and commercial skills.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years' experience in special operations or brand content, either in an agency or on the publisher/advertiser side.
Deep media knowledge across multiple channels (media planning, ad sales). You have curiosity and an openness to new trends.
A creative and agile mindset.
Rigorous, organized and strong analytical skills.
Excellent storytelling ability in client recommendations.
Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills.
