12+ years of experience in Product Design
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
Proven track record in "AI-First" design
Experience building and scaling design systems within an Agile framework
Ability to understand how low-code/no-code architectures and metadata frameworks impact user experience
Experience in industries with heavy compliance and governance requirements (e.g., Banking, Government, or Healthcare)
Proficiency in tools like Figma
