Oversee day-to-day operations, safety and quality, performance management, and on-site efficiency for HVAC and generator technicians
Conduct quarterly ride-alongs with technicians for skill assessment, coaching, and performance documentation
Work with Scheduling team to manage work schedules and on call schedules
Review all Work Orders to ensure timely completion
Assist customer success team with onboarding new subcontractors
Ensure technicians have working vehicles and proper equipment

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, generators, and associated electrical/mechanical components
Experience managing field teams in a high-performance, customer-driven environment
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and adherence to OSHA, EPA standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
