About this role
Role Overview
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP, Business Development and Licensing by handling correspondence, managing calendars, arranging calls and Zoom meetings, coordinating team events, and support for other administrative tasks
Attends meetings/functions as needed or requested, taking detailed notes/minutes, and disseminating as appropriate
Collaborates with the Business Development department members on presentation creation and support
Create, modify, and review materials, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and various other documents
Assist in the development of presentation materials using PowerPoint and other tools, and coordinating the compilation of the presentation from multiple contributors
Act as a liaison with internal departments, its leadership team, and balance their needs with internal stakeholder
Handle confidential information that requires total discretion and care in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes
Complete and process expense reports for the SVP, Business Development and Licensing
Conduct research as requested, including but not limited to market and industry research, technology equipment research, etc.
Requirements
1 year of experience in Administrative Support or Office Management OR a high-energy recent graduate with a desire to learn
Must have a strong desire to work in interactive gaming industry, and a passion for games
Self-starter personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Team oriented and collaborative
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of confidentiality and discretion
Demonstrable expertise in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom video conferencing, understanding of basic technological language and proficiency in both Mac and PC products a plus
Prior work experience in a marketing, operations, or production environment – and in an industry such as video games, animation, film, or television is a plus
