Build and scale our AI-driven outbound engine across two brands
Own campaigns end-to-end (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through a smart combination of AI and automation tools
Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
Translate sales goals into automated software processes
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, or Outbound
Proven ownership of outbound campaigns end-to-end
Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with automation & AI
Fluent in German and English
