About this role
Role Overview
- Review and process all NDAs, NRLs for incoming Transactional Underwriting submissions
- Work on ad hoc projects
- Review and negotiate Non-Reliance Letters, Hold Harmless Letters, and Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Prepare and negotiate due diligence deal expense agreements
- Conduct research as requested and prepare memorandum of results
Requirements
- Prior legal experience/Law School/Paralegal program student required
