- Develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative way
- Develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory
- Negotiate solutions and close deals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns
- Communicate with logistics and project managers for orders and installations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent education/experience
- 2+ years of experience selling medical devices in a hospital setting
- Direct or exposure to selling capital highly preferred
- Developing strong relationships
- Strong closing skills
- Excellent prospecting skills
- Solution selling
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts
