About this role
Role Overview
Continuous acquisition and management of key accounts across the entire sales territory, including end customers, branch networks, corporate headquarters and subsidiaries
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on marketing group products
Perform and evaluate fleet checks and provide technical support for customer fleets in close coordination with Continental
Monitor planning figures, contribution margins and sales trends to ensure targets are met
Responsible for compliance with credit limits and receivables management for the assigned customer portfolio
Ensure collaboration with specialist departments, regional teams and central units through ongoing information exchange
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training, preferably in the tire trade, or an equivalent qualification
Field sales experience and willingness to work predominantly in the field
Preferably solid knowledge of vehicle technology and tire products
Customer

Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence with customers
Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and strong communication skills
Structured, organized working style and pronounced team spirit
Basic IT skills and an affinity for diverse IT applications
Valid driving licence (Class B)
