Lead business analysis and requirements definition, partnering with stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate functional and non‑functional requirements into high‑quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Shape and justify IT solutions and investment decisions by developing business cases, collaborating with Tech Leads and architects on solution options, and supporting effort, cost, and timeline estimation.
Enable effective IT planning and demand management by supporting IT roadmap development, prioritisation of initiatives, resource and financial planning, and the operationalisation of key IT governance and risk processes.
Lead and coach agile delivery teams as a servant‑leader, fostering a high‑performing, self‑organising, and cross‑functional team culture aligned to agile values and practices.
Facilitate and optimise agile ceremonies and delivery execution, removing impediments, protecting the team from disruption, and ensuring focus on delivering customer and business value.
Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement by enabling effective stakeholder communication and tracking, monitoring, and reporting team performance, metrics, and overall team health.
Ensure high‑quality, well‑governed delivery by maintaining clear, testable requirements, partnering with QA to align test coverage to business needs, and managing accurate project documentation (user stories, process flows, and decision logs) across JIRA and Confluence.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role within an agile environment.
Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator for at least 3 years, preferably in an IT delivery context.
Proven experience in translating business requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
Experience with project management processes and methodologies.
Hands on experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience in contributing to effort and cost estimations for IT projects.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Required Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
