About this role

Conduct detailed analytical studies to define problems, identify deficiencies and improve solutions which impact the enterprise’s effectiveness.
Collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
Gather data through many sources, looking for trends and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Create efficiencies in processes and reporting using tools such as Power BI.
Act as a liaison between information technology and business leaders.

Bachelor’s degree required (extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and/or process improvement may be substituted).
Business analysis experience preferred.
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of anesthesia billing and reimbursement guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
