About this role
Role Overview
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with enterprise security, risk, legal, privacy, compliance, and other relevant teams to identify, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive organization-wide governance and best practices
Collaborate across the organization to assess technology requirements, develop architectural frameworks, and implement scalable data platforms that support internal and external consumption, AI capabilities, and cloud adoption for resilience and cost-efficiency
Ensure AI is a foundational enabler for the enterprise, including defining and upholding standards, processes, and responsible practices for the evaluation, adoption, integration, migration, and lifecycle management of Large Language Models and AI Agents
Simplify operations and reduce technical debt by eliminating redundant software tools, services, and processes, supporting End-of-Life initiatives and the evaluation of technology maturity to recommend modern cloud-based replacements as needed
Define, maintain, and communicate reference architectures, blueprints, frameworks, and interoperability models that guide technical teams and ensure architectural coherence, integrity, and compliance throughout all platforms and products
Partner with business and technology units to define and evolve current, transitional, and target operating models, adjusting architectural strategies as business requirements evolve and promoting emergent design and evolutionary change
Provide consulting services, architectural evaluation, and guidance for solutions and third-party services, ensuring alignment with published enterprise standards, governance, and risk management processes
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by mentoring teams, facilitating training on governance and architecture, and building strong collaborative relationships across the enterprise
Communicate architectural vision, progress, business value, and lessons learned effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences
Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating advancements into the company’s architectural landscape and guiding teams in modernizing legacy systems through incremental, low-disruption strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale project delivery
Strong leadership managing complex projects and leading teams
Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all levels and driving change
Expert in building relationships and cross-functional collaboration
Deep knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, and development methodologies
Excellent communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Understands business models, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, focusing on value and results
Able to think strategically and anticipate future opportunities
Adaptable to ambiguity and changing strategies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
