Responsible for design, development, and maintenance of dynamic eLearning
Create learning content and testing to align with Ryder’s goals
Consult with subject matter experts, business owners to develop instructionally sound objectives
Organize projects to accomplish deliverables while adhering to scope and timeline
Collaborate in the development and implementation of best practices in instructional technologies
Design and develop learning project proposals
Ensure instructional design solutions are matched to objectives and desired outcomes
Stay abreast on emerging trends in learning methods
Ensure training solutions incorporate best practices in adult learning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in Business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, related area or minimum 8 years equivalent work experience
5 years or more in Education or business environment required
3 years or more Assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions
Experience with Articulate 360 Suite required
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies advanced required
Knowledge of at least one authoring/development tool such as Storyline is required advanced required
Knowledge of how to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions advanced required
Knowledge of how to analyze information and identify needs and training/non-training advanced required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel intermediate required
