Prepare accurate and timely journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end close
Perform financial statement variance analysis and document meaningful explanations for fluctuations and identify anomalies
Create and maintain robust documentation for accounting systems, workflows, and key processes
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and support scalability by leveraging AI tools, Alteryx, and SQL
Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other business teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Assist in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic financial initiatives as needed
Support external audit activities, including PBC requests and audit walkthroughs

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
CA qualification is a must.
3+ years of relevant post qualification experience, ideally including public accounting or a high-growth tech environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion highly preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formula logic)
Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
