analyze and interpret complex data to support process reengineering, waste reduction, and overall process improvement

experience in scoping, defining, mapping, planning, and executing on projects in a matrix business environment
documenting and analyzing complex business processes, from current-state process flows to the design and execution of future-state solutions
identifying process waste and efficiencies and reengineering processes to streamline and improve business outcomes
comprehending process flows and complex data sets to identify optimization opportunities quickly
translating business requirements into functional requirements for technology-enabled solutions
experience creating data visualizations and telling a clear, compelling story with insights
expertise in business intelligence, including data sourcing, data management, analysis, and visualization to support financial and operational decision-making
working with MS Suite products, including Visio, Access, SharePoint, Power BI; Tableau; and SQL
