Assess the creditworthiness of transactions, counterparties, and group risks at both national and international levels
Make independent, risk-based credit decisions and prepare cases for higher-level approvals
Monitor existing exposures and actively contribute to risk mitigation strategies
Serve as an interface between Bratislava and Germany, working closely with the German Credit Analysis teams
Lead and participate in risk discussions with brokers, policyholders, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Communicate and defend credit decisions in a professional stakeholder environment
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and support international projects

Degree in business, finance, or a related field (ideally with a focus on corporate lending), or a comparable commercial qualification
Strong professional experience in credit assessment, trade credit insurance, or surety business
Solid expertise in financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and risk classification
Good understanding of industry and market dynamics
Confident user of MS Office and credit-related systems
Very good German and English language skills
