About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluation of risk factors including suicidality, homicidality, substance use, and safety concerns
- Determine appropriate level of care using clinical judgment and established criteria
- Provide timely and empathetic responses to new clients needing expedited admissions into treatment
- Stabilize clients and transition to appropriate ongoing services
- Coordinate admissions, including collaboration with referral sources, hospitals, community partners, and internal teams
- Maintain knowledge of program eligibility, payer requirements, and available services
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency — required
- Two years of relevant experience in Behavioral Health and/or clinical service delivery preferred
- Preferred certification in at least one trauma treatment modality (EMDR, ART, TF-CBT, CPT, etc.)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, willingness to travel to homes/communities
- Must live in or near the location of the posting.
