Bilingual Security Agent

Role Overview

• Ensure the safety of people, the yard, and the buildings used by our facility
• Maintain the perimeter of the auction
• Verify access authorizations for staff, customers, carriers, and suppliers
• Conduct surveillance rounds and security patrols
• Inventory, record, and store personal belongings found in impounded vehicles
• Perform stock check-in/check-out using a handheld device as needed
• Consult AuctionTrac data for customers and direct them to the exact location of vehicles in the yard
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests

Requirements

• BSP permit/license
• Experience in security
• Experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English and French
• Similar experience in the automotive industry
