Serve as the primary contact for healthcare institutions, ensuring optimal support and organization for the training projects booked with us
Organize the start of course projects and act as the main point of contact for your client throughout the entire project, continuously developing existing processes (time management, reporting, meetings, planning required internal and external resources, etc.)
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure all Project Deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality
Build a trusted and strategically valuable relationship with all stakeholders through proactive and effective communication
Keep all relevant data up to date in the CRM system
Identify upsell opportunities with clients and execute them independently or in collaboration with the Key Account/Sales team
Provide proactive feedback and contribute to strategic process optimization
Requirements
You have a university degree or a commercial/business qualification and at least 2 years of experience in account management
You embrace the start-up mindset and are eager to take ownership, optimize processes and help out where needed
Customer satisfaction and retention are important to you, and you can communicate effectively with our diverse stakeholders
You are a committed team player: you achieve the best results in a team and coordinate closely with colleagues from Sales and Operations
You maintain an overview even in stressful situations and know how to set the right priorities
You are digitally savvy and have experience using a CRM tool. You are also confident with Office programs and other digital tools
You have excellent German language skills (C2 level) and very good English skills (company language is English)
