Role Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets and industries
- Generate and book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of leads using CRM tools
- Research prospects and tailor messaging to align with their business needs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS Sales
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
