8+ years in product design
At least 3 years leading a design team in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to build, scale, and inspire high-performing design teams
Strong track record of driving design quality and operational effectiveness
Experience establishing design processes, culture, and systems
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Deep experience designing complex enterprise workflows
Familiarity with modern design practices: continuous discovery, usability testing, design sprints
Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tooling
Fluency with AI tools in the design workflow
