Own end to end campaign measurement across channels, translating performance drivers into guidance on targeting, messaging, channel mix, and investment.
Design and evaluate A/B, multivariate, and incrementality tests with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and statistically sound conclusions.
Synthesize complex data into prioritized, actionable recommendations with clear rationale and expected business impact.
Deliver executive ready insights through compelling narratives and dashboards, partnering cross functionally to drive aligned action.
Ensure analytics meet data governance and risk standards while continuously advancing analytical and statistical expertise.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, credit cards, consumer banking, or a related data-driven role.
Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python, or similar) with the ability to analyze and clearly present large datasets; Tableau experience is a plus.
A strong mix of analytical skills and marketing curiosity — you love digging into data and thinking about customer behavior.
Collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas in cross-functional settings.
Demonstrated strength in experimental design, A/B testing, incrementality testing, and statistical analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting insights to senior leaders.
Financial services / regulated industry experience preferred.
