Work as part of project teams (2–4 team members per project) on school and administrative buildings, exhibition and conference centers, as well as laboratory and office buildings.
Contribution to project delivery and project control in accordance with AHO Heft 9, across all project phases.
Support with tendering, contract award documentation and bid evaluation, as well as with permitting processes.
Tasks include invoice verification, schedule creation and adjustment, cost control, minutes and documentation.
Involvement in risk management and quality management, as well as stakeholder management.
You act as the interface: managing site and specialist planners and integrating users and clients into your communications.
Support in the professional consulting and client care of our public and private clients.
Requirements
Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
First professional experience in project management/control (1–2 years).
Familiarity with AHO, VOB, HOAI, BGB — you have already applied these regulations in practice.
Proficient user of MS Office and MS Project; experience with cost controlling (K3) and other PM tools.
Experience with digital project platforms (e.g., Thinkproject, conclude).
Proven very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
