Manages vendor relationships and partners with external suppliers to deliver consumer insights and growth recommendations.
Supports competitive and market intel work by leveraging syndicated data sources such as Circana, IRI, Nielsen, etc. as needed.
Leverages syndicated data, DIY research platforms, and qualitative & quantitative methodologies to right-size learning plans according to business needs.
Creates clear and compelling presentations that bring insights and innovation selling stories to life; presents to multi-functional partners, franchise organizations, and leadership teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of consumer insights experience, ideally in CPG or QSR.
Familiarity with DIY research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Zappi, Suzy).
Solid understanding of research principles, questionnaire design, and basic analytical skills.
Ability to synthesize syndicated and primary research into clear, fact-based stories.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.
Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates Pizza Hut’s culture values and builds strong, inclusive working relationships.
Proficient in leveraging Circana and analyzing syndicated data.
Familiarity with competitive or category analysis techniques.
Experience crafting executive-ready presentations and translating complex data into narratives.
