About this role
Role Overview
- Manage Active Directory and hybrid identity (Entra / Azure AD) environments
- Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and Conditional Access issues
- Perform access reviews and maintain identity hygiene (users, groups, roles)
- Support domain controllers, GPOs, and identity-related infrastructure changes
- Handle certificate auto-enrollment and PKI integrations
- Enforce MFA, password policies, and manage privileged access (PIM/PAM)
- Monitor identity systems, sync processes, and SIEM-integrated logs
- Support SSO onboarding (SAML/OIDC) and application integrations
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and participate in DR/testing activities
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and Azure AD / Entra hybrid environments
- Strong knowledge of GPO design and troubleshooting
- Experience with SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC) and Conditional Access policies
- Understanding of certificate auto-enrollment and PKI in domain environments
- Familiarity with identity security practices (MFA, break-glass accounts, SIEM monitoring)
- Awareness of privileged access management (IAM/PAM/PIM) and governance principles
- Experience with identity-related DR scenarios and operational documentation
