Serve as the Accounting Department Representative for operational and support departments.
Act as purchasing agent for OBS, understanding departmental needs, budget restrictions, and policies.
Process financial transactions through Workday, including expense reports, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
Advise and resolve compliance issues related to financial transactions.
Manage relationships with vendors and collaborate with departments.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Assist with budget preparation and reporting.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
Accounting, Business, Administrative Support (3 Years).
Preferred: College degree, business or vocational school.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Accounting/Bookkeeping (4 Years).
