You work closely with stakeholders and the Business Product Team to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable features
You assess new requirements and features regarding value, effort, and cost-effectiveness to ensure value maximization
You collaborate closely with the development team, participate in refinements, sprint planning, and reviews, and actively contribute your perspective
You create and maintain user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria that clearly and efficiently support the development process
You take responsibility for agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), facilitate them when needed, and conduct continuous stakeholder management and requirements analysis

You have a completed degree in (business) computer science, business administration, UX, or a comparable field and at least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
You possess solid knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and ideally hold a certification like PSPO, CSPO, or a comparable qualification
You have experience with common tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar applications
You have a good understanding of UX/UI, technical contexts, digital products, software development, and business processes
You have excellent German and English skills, strong communication and facilitation abilities, a customer
and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to balance differing interests within the team successfully
