Manage setup, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns, paid media platforms, and app install initiatives.
Build and maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards, ensuring campaigns are pacing correctly and optimizing toward acquisition and efficiency goals.
Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are properly launched, tracked, and optimized.
Implement and validate conversion tracking across attribution platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and ad platforms, ensuring accurate event tracking and data integrity.
Support campaign launches with proper setup, budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing optimization to improve performance and conversion efficiency.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, proactively identifying performance risks, tracking issues, or optimization opportunities and escalating as needed.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience of performance marketing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic Platforms.
