Role Overview
- Lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic, high-value suppliers supporting HR and Finance corporate teams
- Shape and execute category strategies that enhance business performance
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and mitigate risk
- Influence senior stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with broader business objectives
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, cost, and risk
- Drive measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies through innovative procurement solutions
- Provide expert guidance on procurement activities including leading RFx processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Significant experience in a similar role within HR & Finance procurement, ideally in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives within the Software category
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Fluent English
