Requirements
Leading the strategy across all video content and the D2C Dairies podcast across youtube, podcast network and other relevant channels.
Generating proven ideas, briefs and scripts backed by key market insights, research and data.
You have a deep understanding on the key content marketing pillars to capture and hold the viewers attention.
Working with the video editors on briefs, edits, trailers and clips.
Working with the graphic designer to brief in scroll stopping, clickable thumbnails.
A/B testing thumbnails on YouTube & via other strategies.
Scheduling, Posting and Managing content on Youtube and the podcast network. Along with working with other channel stakeholders to distribute content.
Analyse performance, pull insights, and strive to apply a data-driven approach to improvement over time. Refining strategy to ensure we are maximising reach and achieving key business objectives.
Keep up to date with eCommerce and marketing best practices of today and tomorrow through training and research.
Effectively communicate and collaborate via Slack, Google Meets.
