Conduct requirements analyses in large digitalization and migration projects
Lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort and cost estimation
Outline use cases and process models and prepare business cases
Plan, implement, and develop complex IT solutions and coordinate development assignments

At least 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
Experience with digitalization and migration projects
Strong analytical skills
Solution-oriented way of working
IREB and HERMES certification (or willing to obtain these in the near term)
Very good German and good French language skills
