Plans and executes the demo and mail-order requests via the HQ booking tool
Gives professional demonstrations in the Mississauga Competence Center and at worldwide Exhibitions
Use the demo sign off process in order to provide a signed reference of the system quality to the customer
Gather the customer/sales remarks during the demonstrations and report it back into the different project teams
Treat the customers in a very professional way, deliver maximum quality and manage every (difficult) customer situation

Bachelor degree in Graphic Arts, Electro mechanics, engineering or equal by experience
Experience in Inkjet Printing Systems and Applications
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written (Fluent English communication skills)
Team player – collaborative
Business and customer focus
