Collaborating with architects, solution engineers, and the customer management team to gather input and design AppViewX technology solutions that address specific business challenges for our new customers.
Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
Collaborating with our Customer Success Managers and Implementation Architects to address technical challenges and product gaps
Run adoption workshops to Coach Customers on the AppViewX Product usage along with educating them on the best practices, Industry Standards.
Function as a trusted technical advisor and lead by assisting with project technical challenges.
Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy.
Use your experiences collaborating with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the Product, customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers.
Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvement.
Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into fresh solutions.
Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long-term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience working in a technical architectural design role (such as Enterprise Design Architect, Application Design Architect, Solution Architect)
Minimum 4 years’ experience working in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales capacity for a SaaS company with enterprise software products.
Minimum 1 year experience in a senior role (Team Lead, Technical Manager, Sr. Level role)
Domain knowledge on PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.
Hands-on experience with: Kubernetes, Linux command line/ Windows server management, Apache, IIS
