Role Overview
Work closely with Product Leaders to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies
Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer
Own PO and PM hiring, building proactive pipelines ahead of demand
Qualify candidates credibly before looping in hiring managers, without needing to be briefed on what good looks like each time
Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process aligned with both individual role requirements and the company's long-term goals
Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier product talent for future hiring needs
Strengthen our employer brand and help position the company as a top employer for product professionals
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
Leverage your experience to identify opportunities for process optimisation and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle
Requirements
A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
Proven in-house experience recruiting for product roles at a tech company, with full ownership of a product hiring function
The ability to independently assess what strong PO and PM candidates look like across different product contexts
A track record of building proactive pipelines and sourcing independently, without waiting on active requisitions
The ability to engage product leaders as a credible peer and counterpart
Measurable delivery across key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Fluency in English
