Role Overview
- Handle all quality excursions and escalations
- Support product & material quality from NPI to mass production
- Assist in creating quality control plans for respective areas
- Analyze, monitor, and report on quality KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement efforts
- Draft internal quality system procedures and work instructions
- Assist in audits and their follow-up
- Follow up on Engineering Changes and Supplier Process Change Notifications
- Enhance quality skills and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience (2-4 years preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of quality tools, ISO and IPC standards and processes
- Knowledge of software for generating and presenting reports
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of quality tools like FMEA, PMP, SPC, 8D methodology
- Understanding of Six Sigma and Lean Kaizen
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
