Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate programs internally and externally
Define and manage action plans in alignment with company strategy and contractual obligations
Identify, analyze and manage crises affecting programs
Coordinate the execution of program planning and its updates while meeting contractually agreed milestones
Assume responsibility for program risks
Prepare the revenue budget for initial equipment, the development budget and inventories for series programs
Regularly report on program KPIs

Completed qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field
At least 5 years of experience in a program or project management role
Experience preparing and negotiating commercial proposals
Experience negotiating and enforcing contracts is an advantage
Good computer skills and experience with an ERP system
Ability to understand, synthesize and prioritize industrial, technical and commercial challenges
Professional demeanour and customer focus
Ideally experience in preparing, negotiating and enforcing contracts
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
