About this role
Role Overview
- Diagnosis and Mapping: map value streams (VSM), identify bottlenecks and rework, and keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated;
- Improvement Projects: lead Kaizen events, apply the DMAIC methodology, and use analysis tools (brainstorming, Ishikawa/fishbone);
- Redesign and Standardization: redesign processes, standardize operations, and define and monitor SLAs;
- Change Management: train teams, audit processes, and measure gains (time, cost, efficiency).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or a related field;
- Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested;
- Prior experience with operational processes and continuous improvement;
- Knowledge of process mapping (VSM/VSA);
- Experience with improvement methodologies (Kaizen, DMAIC, or similar);
- Knowledge of process standardization and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs/POPs);
- Experience defining and monitoring SLAs and KPIs;
- Experience in process redesign projects and operational efficiency initiatives;
- Experience in operational environments (advantageous: international trade/logistics).
