Credit analysis of new clients;
Validation and verification of PIs (Insertion Orders) and APs (Publication Authorizations);
Reconciliation of SEP (Campaign Publishing System) and SAP campaign integrations;
Authentication/validation of NFS-e (electronic service invoices);
Sending billing/invoices to clients;
Cancellation or replacement of NFS-e;
Issuance of correction letters for NFS-e;
Reconciliation of receipts via credit card, boleto, PIX and payment links;
Posting/settlement of accounts receivable in the SAP system;
Preventive and corrective collections for delinquent accounts;
Support for internal and external clients to resolve queries and assist with other departmental tasks.

Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting or related fields preferred;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience with e-commerce is a plus;
Experience with SAP is a plus;
Experience in the financial area is required; experience in billing, accounts receivable and collections is preferred.
