About this role

Resolve issues related to customer accounts, internal policies, and general support
Provide multiskill support (chat, email and/or voice) in a humanized manner, handling high volumes and a variety of requests
Manage multiple simultaneous interactions across different channels using various online tools
Constantly consult internal guides and strictly follow service norms and policies
Meet and maintain performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Quality)
Communicate with the internal team in English — reading and interpreting English text is essential.

Be an Atento employee for at least 4 months
Time in position: Employees with any type of job movement should consult the movement table in Normative – NI-002
Final score of the last Operational Performance Evaluation cycle must be equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer)
Minimum education: High School diploma (college in progress or completed is a differential)
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Experience in a call center providing Customer Support
Knowledge of Digital Marketing
English at Intermediate or Advanced level (there will be tests)
Must reside near or have easy access to the Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone of São Paulo).
