About this role
Role Overview
- Review and drafting of national and international contracts
- Preparation of legal opinions and legal research across all areas of civil and commercial law
- Handling matters related to intellectual property (in particular patent and copyright law) and employment and social law
- Collaboration in the areas of M&A, antitrust/competition law, finance and capital markets law, and corporate law
Requirements
- First State Law Examination (Erste Juristische Staatsprüfung) with at least a 'satisfactory' grade
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong interest in commercial/business matters and contract review
- Good communication skills and a high level of commitment
