Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Italian industrial lubricants market.
Identify and acquire new customers, particularly industrial end-users, distributors, and OEMs.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular visits and continuous technical and commercial support.
Conduct market analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide technical advice to customers on the selection, application, and optimization of lubricants for industrial equipment (e.g., compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, bearings).
Perform lubricant audits, oil condition analyses, and efficiency studies.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions and resolve lubricant-related issues.
Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and sales partners.
Prepare quotations, technical documentation, and tender documents according to company guidelines.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers.
Monitor customer performance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.

Degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales or technical customer support.
Good knowledge of tribology, lubrication systems, and operation of industrial equipment.
Proven track record in business development within an industrial environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel within Italy (regular customer visits and participation in trade fairs).
